Contracts Manager

Oversee large-scale construction sites from inception to completion, managing daily operations, staff, and client relationships to ensure delivery within budget, time, and safety standards. Lead the project team in preparing execution plans, including contracting strategies, programmes, and risk mitigation, while liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and statutory authorities. Coordinate with the design team to facilitate value engineering and maintain compliance with Irish construction laws and environmental regulations. Manage project budgets in conjunction with the quantity surveyor and adjust programmes to accommodate changes. Based full-time on a Dublin site, this role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in large-scale complex projects and a degree in engineering or construction management.
