Job Summary
Contracts Manager responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, novating, and executing various contracts and agreements. Manage commercial governance, support bids with terms and conditions, and oversee contract management throughout project lifecycles, including customer liaison and relationship management. Lead contract negotiations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and coordinate with legal counsel as needed. Coach and develop junior team members; ensure adherence to employment, health and safety, data protection, and equal opportunities policies. Requires relevant business degree or minimum of 3 years’ commercial/contractual experience, with working knowledge of US FARs/DFARS and UK DEFCONs. Onsite in Chatsworth, CA.
