Job Summary
Lead contract negotiation, administration, and compliance activities for assigned federal programs, including drafting, reviewing, and administering prime contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and Teaming Agreements. Serve as the primary point of contact for Contracting Officers, CORs, and internal program leads while ensuring ongoing compliance with FAR, agency supplements, and company policy. Manage subcontract reporting, maintain documentation for contract files, and process modifications. Support proposal efforts by reviewing RFP terms and coordinate with BD and Pricing teams. Interpret contractual requirements to guide internal stakeholders and participate in audit preparation and responses. Requires 3+ years of federal subcontract management experience, proficiency in GSA systems and Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience managing federal contracts and subcontracts, including subcontractor oversight
- Demonstrated prior experience with GSA-MAS, GSA-OASIS contracts
- Strong working knowledge of the FARs/DFARs, and other applicable agency supplements
- Experience supporting both pre- and post-award-federal contracting activities
- Hands-on experience with GSA systems and portals, including FAS Catalog Platform, GSA eMod, and GSA FAS Sales Reporting, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SharePoint, and DocuSign
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment background investigation prior to starting employment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior oversight of subcontractor or vendor relationships
- CPCM certification or similar credential (a plus)
