Job Summary
Senior Contracts Manager responsible for end-to-end contractual leadership across high-risk projects in GE Vernova’s Power Conversion and Storage portfolio. Own contract analysis, negotiations, claims management, variation/change orders, and dispute avoidance from sales handover through project close-out. Advise project teams on contractual and regulatory/tax requirements; ensure notices, deliverables, and compliance obligations are met. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sourcing, Program Management, and stakeholders to align commercial positions, support sourcing activities, manage insurance, and drive contract process improvements. Requires senior-level contract oversight experience, strong negotiation and executive communication skills, and the ability to operate with autonomy within DOA and Legal guidance. Based in Pittsburgh with up to 20% travel; remote U.S. position with consideration for other U.S. locations.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Contract Management, Legal, Commercial, or EPC/Infrastructure-related discipline; or Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of working across multiple functions and influencing stakeholders at different levels
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Position is based in Pittsburgh, with up to 20% travel required
