Job Summary
Contracts Manager overseeing the full lifecycle of infrastructure contracts from drafting and negotiation to closure; lead scope planning to minimise gaps and maximise cost efficiencies; drive best commercial outcomes through vendor negotiations within budget; mentor delivery teams and junior commercial staff; ensure accurate cost forecasting and escalate cost issues; manage contract variations, claims, and extension of time; provide clear advice on upstream contractual rights to project teams; support continuous improvement of contract management processes and systems; role based in Sydney with hybrid working arrangements; tertiary qualification and 5-7 years’ experience in senior contracts roles preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary Qualified
- 5-7 years’ experience in Senior Contracts Administrator role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements
