Job Summary
Manage head contract and subcontract administration throughout project delivery for a major renewable energy project in North Queensland. Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks while leading negotiations, variations, claims, and commercial correspondence. Provide commercial advice to project teams, supporting procurement and delivery strategies, and build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. Based from the Brisbane Head Office, this role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline, along with demonstrated experience on major infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
Required Qualifications
- A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator on major infrastructure, civil construction or renewable energy projects
- Strong knowledge of Australian construction contracts, procurement and commercial management principles
- Experience managing variations, claims, subcontractor performance and commercial risk
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
