Job Summary
Lead end-to-end sourcing RFPs, including vendor NDAs, bidder lists, interviews, and negotiations for real estate and data center projects. Analyze proposals to provide award recommendations, manage contract redlines with legal, and ensure all changes are recorded and communicated. Interface with client sourcing teams to initiate task orders and purchase orders, while coordinating vendor onboarding in Ivalua and Kahua systems. Create and maintain standard contract templates, monitor performance via KPIs, and conduct market research to evaluate vendor capabilities and pricing. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives and ensure full compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' of contracts and procurement management experience within the AEC industry
- Strong understanding of contracting process, agreements, and contract issues, design, procurement and construction regulations and terms and conditions
- Proficient in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing AIA Contracts for design and construction
- Advanced excel abilities, must be comfortable with; conditional formatting, dashboard creation, pivot tables, etc
- Advanced skill level in Excel and intermediate knowledge of Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook
