Contracts Manager

Manage and oversee passive fire protection projects from mobilisation through to completion, leading site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant, on-time delivery within budget. Maintain strong client relationships, attend progress meetings, and monitor project performance against commercial targets while collaborating with Commercial, Compliance, and Operations departments. Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and project records are maintained to support continuous improvement and our "right first time" culture. Full UK driving licence required.
