Job Summary
Bechtel seeks a Contracts Manager to lead procurement of tender packages and administer contracts through execution within an EPCM delivery environment for the Ar‐Rjum Gold Project in Saudi Arabia. The role collaborates with engineering, construction and project controls teams, drafts and reviews contract terms, develops RFP documents, coordinates tender processes, evaluates bids, negotiates with clients and tenderers, and manages post-contract obligations, risk mitigation, and contract performance, with responsibilities spanning pre-contract planning through final account. Requires strong knowledge of contract pricing, tendering procedures, and FIDIC contracts, plus the ability to supervise junior staff and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with large infrastructure projects and/or large real estate developments
- Professional accreditation (MRICS, MCIPS or equivalent) preferred
