Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Review, negotiate, and finalize NDAs, confidentiality agreements, MOUs, teaming agreements, and joint venture agreements with suppliers and partners. Manage the contract review process by analyzing terms and conditions, oversee purchase orders, and prepare subcontracts as needed. Monitor awarded contracts for milestones, change management, and liabilities while ensuring ongoing compliance with company guidelines. Collaborate across sales, projects, finance, and procurement divisions to drive process improvements and dispute resolution. Work remotely Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Required Qualifications

  • aptitude for contract management/administration
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • Specific understanding of legal provisions such as indemnity, limits of liabilities, consequential damages waiver, lien, law provisions, dispute process, etc.
  • Experience in drafting different types of contracts/agreements / POs
  • Ability to read and interpret contract provisions
  • excellent writing skills including drafting contract provisions and contractual letters
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks or projects
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Law Degree
  • Five (5) years or more of work experience or more in a project environment

Desired Qualifications

  • knowledge of UCC, Liability issues, Liens, Dispute resolution, incoterms, Risk Mitigation, and knowledge of insurance
  • Specific understanding of legal provisions such as indemnity, limits of liabilities, consequential damages waiver, lien, law provisions, dispute process, etc. is preferred
  • Knowledge of UCC, incoterms, and various risk mitigation measures is a plus
  • Knowledge of insurance
  • Experience in EPC / Contracting business/industry is preferred
  • Flair to work as a team with Sales, Finance, and Project Management and Procurement group
  • Experience in contract administration in a project environment is recommended
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Law Degree (preferred)
