Contracts Manager

Job Summary
Oversee the complete lifecycle of contracts for large-scale infrastructure projects from Ruwais, UAE, ensuring compliance, performance, and successful delivery. Serve as the liaison between the organization and stakeholders, manage complex contractual relationships, analyze contract performance and risk, handle inquiries, disputes, variations, and time extensions, and prepare progress reports. Support project managers with fee management, milestone payments, claims processing, and invoicing, while leading contract administration, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and ensuring adherence to legal requirements and organizational policies. Utilize contract administration software and project management systems to track status and report on contract outcomes, coordinating with clients, vendors, and project teams to achieve contract objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in contract management within project team environments
- Proven expertise in managing contracts within design and construct or similar project delivery models
- Demonstrated experience administering contracts on large-scale infrastructure projects
- Experience working on freight facilities or rail projects
- Attend in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
