Job Summary
Lead a Contracts team within the B-2 Program, administering contracts and guiding the team across compliance, interpretations, submittals, and contract modifications; serve as primary interface with the customer; leverage data analytics to drive compliance and decision-making; contribute to proposal development and review, including RFIs and RFPs; identify risk mitigation strategies and foster process improvements; travel up to 10% to support major programs; on-site in Oklahoma City with a hybrid work arrangement; requires ability to obtain/maintain US Government clearance and SAP.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 7 years of experience in Contracts or a related field OR Master’s degree from an accredited university with 5 years of experience in Contracts or a related field
- Experience with FAR and DFARS and prior experience with defense contracts or subcontracts with a variety of contract types such as Cost Plus, Fixed Price, etc
- Experience with proposal development
- Experience presenting and negotiating to all levels of management
- Experience negotiating and administering various government contract types of varying sizes and types of agreements
- Knowledge and understanding of pricing principles and FAR/DFARS as well as associated Federal Contracting regulations
- Government defense contracting experience with the USG and/or major defense contractor customers
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
