Contracts Coordinator

Job Summary

Review agreements on behalf of the Firm and its clients, revising language to ensure standard provisions are included and updating defined terms. Prepare redlines and comparison documents to communicate proposed revisions to attorneys and counterparties. Manage the intake of new vendor requests, coordinate cross-functional reviews, and track contracts through execution while maintaining the executed contract database and templates. Act as the central contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure contractual arrangements align with legal, operational, and compliance requirements. Communicate with attorneys across Intellectual Property, Labor and Employment, Information Technology, and other departments to coordinate applicable contract terms and prepare data privacy addendums. Develop project strategies to ensure efficient task completion while managing Firm resources responsibly.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of three years of related experience in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs
  • Regular and reliable physical presence
  • Complies with and understands Firm operation, policies and procedures

  • Knowledge of relevant Firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems
