Job Summary
Coordinate contract renewal activities and assist with intake of new contract requests to ensure efficient and organized contract lifecycle management. Track contracts, follow up with internal departments and vendors, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of contract files. Provide prompt clerical and administrative support to meet the operational needs of the Contracts department. Handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and confidentiality. Requires two years of clerical experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and CLM systems. This role supports Marshall Hospital, a nonprofit community healthcare provider in El Dorado County dedicated to improving local health and offering superior quality care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Two years of clerical experience in a healthcare environment
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and related workflow tools
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent grammar skills
- Ability to operate general office equipment including the telephone system, copier, fax machine, printer, scanner, and computer
