Job Summary
Contracts Coordinator at Life.Church responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and revising contracts, identifying risk and adding revisions to terms; manage Conga contracts system, support the Legal team, coordinate back-end system management, and provide administrative support to advance Life.Church’s mission. Key duties include analyzing contracts for liability and indemnity, drafting contracts using standard terms, managing trademark registrations and corporate registrations, coordinating with the Legal team, triaging questions, budgeting for the Legal team, and maintaining organized contract processes. Requires strong verbal/written communication, initiative, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills; High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification preferred; 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
