Job Summary
Route, track, and send author agreements, amendments, work-for-hire contracts, and subsidiary rights contracts. Draft, route, and send straightforward amendments such as delivery extensions and e-book agreements. Update and maintain workflow and status reports while fielding status queries from editors, agents, and colleagues. Initiate the DocuSign process by collecting and preparing forms for payments. This role supports Hachette's young readers and adult gift imprints including Little, Brown Books for Young Readers, Running Press, and WorthyKids. The position requires on-site presence three days per week in the New York office.
