Job Summary
Contracts & Compliance Specialist responsible for aligning subcontracting strategies with project goals and policies, interpreting prime contract requirements for subcontract compliance, managing the Small Business Program, submitting ISR/SSR reporting per Small Business filing requirements, auditing supplier classifications and sourcing processes, organizing outreach and training to promote small business opportunities, and preparing/per presenting program performance reports to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university
- 1+ years related experience in Contracts, Pricing, Suppliers, Sourcing, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
- Experience in Government Contracts (Aerospace, Military/Defense, or Energy) preferred
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS preferred
- Strong negotiation skills preferred
- Ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
