Job Summary
The Contracts & Compliance Manager is responsible for administering Citadel Aviation Group’s contract lifecycle and managing the company’s administrative compliance obligations. They own third-party contracting activities (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, POs, service agreements), oversee contract reviews and negotiations with outside counsel, maintain the contract repository, monitor expirations and obligations, develop templates and playbooks, advise on obligations and risks, manage vendor credentialing and compliance screening (OFAC/FCPA, D&B), ensure audit readiness, support acquisitions and integrations, and collaborate with Finance/Operations/IT to embed compliance into processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, compliance, or related functions.
- Experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts and agreements.
- Familiarity with vendor credentialing, OFAC screening, third-party risk management, and compliance programs.
- Paralegal certification or Juris Doctor (non-practicing) preferred.
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, MRO, aircraft completions, manufacturing, or industrial services environments.
- Familiarity with export control regulations including ITAR and EAR.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations or post-acquisition integrations.
- Experience with ERP systems, contract lifecycle management tools, and Dun & Bradstreet platforms.
- Knowledge of FAA-regulated business environments.
- Travel may be required.
