Job Summary
Contracts Compliance Analyst responsible for administration and execution of Expand Energy’s contingent labor program using SAP Fieldglass. Manages the contractor lifecycle (onboarding, extensions, transitions, offboarding), maintains accurate Fieldglass data (organizational structures, locations, feeds), produces weekly contractor activity reports, serves as liaison between hiring managers and staffing suppliers, and ensures compliance, timely resumes, invoicing, and payments. Partners with Legal to address rate or contractual concerns, oversees pre-employment screening (background checks, drug testing), and validates supplier invoices while generating spend reporting for senior leadership. Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and contracting/compliance processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: High school diploma or GED
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree - Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum: 2 years related work experience
