Verify the cost and transactions for each vehicle sale and ensure all deals comply with regulations, including DMV, State of California, and BOE. Post sales and unwinds accurately, reconcile accounting schedules, and process all monetary instruments for deal funding. Register vehicle warranties and extended service contracts, maintain the Heat Sheet for receivables, and manage filing for returned contracts. Post daily funding notices from banks and prepare overnight labels for CIT funding. Assist with warranty cancellations, check processing, and month-end reporting. This contract role supports the finance team in ensuring accurate transaction processing and regulatory compliance for vehicle sales.
