Job Summary
Support contract drafting and regulatory filings for stable value, retirement income, and guaranteed products. Draft and file group annuity contracts, manage SERFF and regulatory communications, coordinate signature/delivery, assist in product development and amendments, review underwriting and transactional activity for contractual compliance, prepare presentations, plan client calls/meetings, lead or participate in group projects, and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks. Requires a Bachelor’s-level background (preferred) and 1+ years in financial/insurance environments, with strong writing, organization, and multi-tasking abilities; proficiency with Word/Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel and familiarity with SERFF/SalesForce/Tableau is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1+ years’ work/intern experience in financial or insurance industry; fixed-income or stable value literacy a plus
- Professional communication skills with emphasis on strong, clear, and concise writing abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage deliverables and multi-task under pressure
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with the tenacity to follow projects through to completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Familiarity with SERFF, SalesForce or Tableau a plus
