Job Summary
Coordinate grant and contract administration from award through closeout, reviewing agreements, amendments, scopes of work, and required documentation to ensure compliance with funder requirements and organizational policies. Monitor budgets, expenditures, and grant burn rates while processing invoices and tracking deliverables to facilitate accurate financial reporting and performance management. Maintain departmental data systems including CTS ATLAS, Power BI, and CRM tools to support reporting automation and continuous improvement. Serve as the operational point of contact for Community Workforce Network grantees, vendors, and partners to coordinate onboarding, technical assistance meetings, and event logistics. Full-time, non-exempt hybrid role in the DC Metro region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Nonprofit Management, Project Management, or a related field
- At least two or more years of relevant professional experience
- Experience administering grants, contracts, budgets, invoices, or grant-funded programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Power BI or comparable reporting tools
- Experience with CRM, grants management, case management, or performance-management systems
- Experience with data management, reporting automation, or dashboard development
- Experience working with community-based organizations, government agencies, workforce organizations, or other external partners
- Knowledge of grant and contract administration, compliance, fiscal monitoring, and reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize, validate, analyze, and communicate financial and performance data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, grantees, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Applicants should be local to the DC Metro region
- Full Time, Non-Exempt status
