Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of 100+ active vendors by serving as the primary relationship owner for post-onboarding lifecycle activities. Draft, review, and maintain contracts while overseeing compliance with insurance, licensing, and safety standards. Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, coordinate payments, and lead corrective actions for quality gaps. Partner with Finance, Operations, and Onboarding teams to ensure cost-effective service delivery and mitigate operational risks. Maintain accurate documentation and provide reporting on compliance status and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in vendor administration, vendor management, contract administration, or supplier management
- Experience managing a large portfolio of external vendors or service providers
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of insurance, COIs, licensing, and vendor risk management
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail‐oriented with strong documentation and follow‐through capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across operations, finance, and compliance teams
- High‐speed internet (150-300 mbps. download)
- Connection must support video meetings, remote system access, consistent productivity, with uninterrupted workflow
- Employees must have a quiet, distraction‐free workspace suitable for professional phone conversations and to protect customer information
- Camera‐on participation is required during meetings and trainings
- The workspace must be able to accommodate multiple screens and provide an ergonomic setup that supports productivity
- To maintain business continuity, employees are expected to have a backup plan for connectivity disruptions, including access to an alternate location (such as a co‐working space, library, or other reliable environment) in case of home internet or power loss
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in facilities management, maintenance, construction, or service‐based industries
- Familiarity with vendor management systems, contract management platforms, or compliance tools
- Experience supporting audits, safety programs, or regulatory compliance initiatives
- Experience participating in vendor rate negotiations or cost‐reduction initiatives
