Job Summary
Contracts & Bid Manager to drive end-to-end contract, bid, and proposal lifecycle at TYTAN. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, amendments, and NDAs; supporting negotiations and change management; tracking and managing the sales/bid pipeline; ensuring compliance with internal policies and procurement regulations; and coordinating with legal and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, competitive proposals in government/defense contexts. Requires hands-on experience in public tenders, strong understanding of contract structures and risk allocation, and fluency in English and German in a fast-paced, hybrid-work environment based in Munich.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in bid management, contract management, proposal management, or a similar commercial role
- Experience in end-to-end public tenders and government procurement processes
- Strong written communication skills
- Fluency in English and German
