Job Summary
Monitor customer inventory usage to ensure adequate stock levels and proactively address shortages. Enter and maintain contracts in the ERP system, ensuring terms and conditions are accurately captured. Run and review part number shortage reports regularly to identify discrepancies and escalate concerns. Manage contract expiration dates and communicate with internal teams for timely renewals. Prepare regular reports on contract status, inventory levels, and potential shortages for management. Collaborate with sales, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance and resolve inventory issues. Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and identify opportunities for process improvements within contract management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience (2+ years) in contract analysis, inventory management, or a related role, preferably within a supply chain or logistics environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required
- Current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements
