Job Summary
Draft, negotiate, evaluate, and execute a wide range of contract documents to ensure accuracy, appropriate timelines, and alignment with Arrowhead's risk parameters. Identify and resolve clauses adverse to the company's interests while ensuring data accuracy within the contracting system. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with legal and business teams to mitigate exposure through revisions, standard clauses, and compliance checks. Prepare and edit contractual documents and correspondence, including amendments, termination notices, and other formal notices. Manage multiple agreements and stakeholders in a fast-paced, regulated environment while balancing big-picture concerns with day-to-day activities. This full-time, onsite role in Pasadena requires 1+ years of experience for the Analyst or 3+ for the Senior Analyst.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of contract management experience managing a large volume of contract work
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating a wide range of contract types
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Keen eye for details

- Experience within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry

- Bachelor's degree in a biotechnology-related field
- Paralegal certification
- Equivalent relevant experience
- Pharmaceutical or biotech experience
- Experience supporting a publicly traded organization
- Experience working with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g. Agiloft)
