Job Summary
Delivery-focused contracts professional responsible for coordinating, tracing, and validating aircraft-delivery documentation and related information. Responsibilities include creating and coordinating contractual documents, interfacing with airline customers, external law firms, financial institutions, and internal teams to obtain delivery-specific data, and maintaining complete documentation per policy. The role emphasizes developing procedures, generating metrics/reports, testing systems with IT, and ensuring data integrity across business systems in a fast-paced environment. Notable skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project), contract structures and systems, coordination with stakeholders, notary/public duties, COI considerations, and adherence to export-control requirements. Desired candidates balance multiple priorities, maintain strong relationships with interfacing organizations, and support after-hours/demanding delivery document needs. Safety and compliance prerequisites, including contingency for COI and export controls, are outlined. Relocation is not negotiable; visa sponsorship is not provided. Shift is standard office hours at the Everett Delivery Center with occasional after-hours support.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and understanding contractual documents
- 1+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
