Job Summary
The Contracts Administrator/Paralegal will support the Risk Management Department at Austin Commercial by assisting with contracts, insurance programs, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing contract documentation, preparing AIA documents, administering job folders, and facilitating insurance renewals and related processes. The role requires an associate degree and/or paralegal certification, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, particularly within the construction industry. Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills are essential for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or Paralegal Certification from an ABA approved program
- Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience within the construction industry or relevant contract administrative experience
