Job Summary
Review, draft, negotiate, and administer federal and commercial service contracts, managing the full lifecycle from origination through closeout. Interpret flow-down clauses, sponsor requirements, and conflict-of-interest regulations while assessing risks and recommending compliant solutions. Resolve contract issues with internal stakeholders and external partners, maintaining complete audit-ready files. Requires 15+ years of procurement experience, familiarity with FAR/DFARS, and a U.S. security clearance. On-site with some remote flexibility; background check and Form I-9 completion required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of professional procurement or contract administration experience
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local procurement laws and FAR/DFARS requirements
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
- Background check required
- Completion of Form I-9 and eligibility verification
- Ability to lift 20-25 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 10+ years in federal government contracting
- Certifications (CPCM, C.P.M., CPPO, PMP)
- Experience with technology or sponsored-program contracting
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
