Job Summary
Contracts Administrator I coordinates and administers customer proposals, order processing and product returns, ensuring contract compliance across proposals and orders. Responsibilities include contract management and negotiation of scope of work, terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements, changes and ongoing compliance; monitoring changes, cancellations and claims; handling RFPs/RFQs from qualification through submission and follow-up; coordinating product returns, repairs and warranty claims; and supporting multiple departments to meet customer requirements. Requires strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, and MS Office proficiency. Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a high school diploma or GED (with relevant experience); a Bachelor’s degree in Business or an Associate’s degree with two years of related experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent and relevant work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective management of multiple fluctuating priorities and varying deadlines
- Team player who can also work independently
- Thrives in high pressure environment
- Must be U.S Citizen
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business preferred) OR Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Previous Contract Administration/Customer Service Experience
