Job Summary
Administer a portfolio of federal government prime contracts, task orders, and delivery orders throughout the contract lifecycle, from proposal and award through performance, modifications, and closeout. Review, interpret, negotiate, and ensure compliance with contract terms, FAR, agency regulations, and company policies while preparing and processing contractual documents. Partner with business development, capture, finance, legal, and procurement teams to support successful contract execution and serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and government customers. Monitor contract performance, funding, and deliverables while maintaining accurate records and identifying contractual risks to recommend solutions for continuous process improvement. Requires a BA/BS in business with 10 years of contracting experience and proficiency in FAR/DFARS, with a focus on federal civilian agencies.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in business or a related field
- minimum of 10 years of contracting experience
- experience with all contract types
- strong knowledge of the FAR/DFARS
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Word skills
- Excellent communication and grammar with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Previous experience with Federal Civilian agencies
