Job Summary
Process incoming contracts and track workflows for legal review, including prime customer contracts, subcontracts, services agreements, and purchase orders. Review and redline non-disclosure agreements with counsel oversight, verify insurance certificates from subcontractors, and populate contract templates with project information for stakeholder distribution. Organize and save all contract documents in appropriate file locations while assisting sales and procurement teams with workflow tracking and renewals. Support legal and project personnel with contract interpretation, notices, and change orders to keep agreements on schedule. Maintain organized, accessible records that provide a reliable single point of coordination for contract status and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, or a related field preferred; an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies with two additional years of contracts experience, or four years of directly relevant experience, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of contracts experience in the construction or services industries.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter able to work independently while supporting the needs of the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future visa sponsorship.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience focused on contracts and subcontracts management.
- Experience with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects in the electric power industry (transmission and distribution).
