Job Summary
Contracts Administrator at AECOM in Dublin responsible for supporting the Commercial Administration Lead in day-to-day contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts. Ensures compliance with legal and organisational requirements, maintains records, manages contract milestones and renewals, communicates terms to stakeholders, assists with invoicing and finance-related tasks, and generates reports on contract status and performance. Requires experience drafting/reviewing commercial contracts, strong stakeholder engagement, governance and cost-management knowledge, and excellent communication and collaboration within a team. Hybrid work options available; role based in Dublin with in-person requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting the drafting, review, and administration of commercial contracts
- Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and motivate teams in the delivery of high-risk, high-value, and complex projects and programmes
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear, consistent, and professional interaction with all stakeholders
- Ability to drive governance processes and deliver high-quality service outcomes
- Comprehensive knowledge of cost management principles and contract administration practices
