Job Summary
Draft and review contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, and SOWs, while tracking renewals, amendments, and milestone dates. Lead sourcing initiatives by conducting RFIs, RFPs, and vendor due diligence, and negotiate terms for software licenses, hardware, and IT services. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Risk teams to align terms with company objectives and mitigate cybersecurity risks. Prepare status reports, maintain dashboard metrics, and ensure adherence to compliance policies and corporate regulations. Manage contract records and support closeout processes for technology-related goods and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Law, or related field
- 0–5 years of experience in contracts administration, sourcing, or procurement support
Desired Qualifications
- Formal education in contract law, procurement, or technology sourcing
- Exposure to technology-related contract negotiation (SaaS, software, hardware)
- Familiarity with contract management tools and ERP systems (Oracle, Ariba, SAP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of basic contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Comfortable working independently or in cross-functional teams
- Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude
- Customer-service orientation and collaborative mindset
