Job Summary
Drive Legal Innovation as our Contracts Administration Professional. Independently structure, modify, and negotiate high-value contracts (including NDAs and Statements of Work) using established templates and playbooks; Lead contract negotiations with internal and external stakeholders while balancing company risk tolerance with customer service. Proactively identify and implement new policies to increase scalability and efficiency in global contracting; Partner with cross-functional teams across product development, sales, and marketing to deliver strategic solutions; Spearhead diverse special projects that support the growth of the legal department. Strong track record of reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts in corporate/technology settings; adept at applying playbooks and risk guidelines; highly organized with excellent communication skills; proactive problem-solver with a desire to learn about business technology; bonus: experience with AI-driven contract management tools.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience independently reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts within a corporate or technology environment
- Strong ability to apply legal playbooks, templates, and risk tolerance guidelines to solve contract challenges
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a track record of managing multiple stakeholder requests simultaneously
- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong desire to learn and engage deeply with business technology
