Job Summary
Support intake and setup of contract awards and modifications within Peraton's CLM system, ensuring data elements are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal service level agreements. Monitor key CDM metrics, conduct contract data research and corrective actions, and review documentation to maintain audit preparedness and regulatory reporting standards. Collaborate with Sub-Contracts Centers of Excellence and stakeholders on NDA execution and closeout processes while participating in daily stand-ups to address workflow impediments. This entry-level role builds a pipeline for contract operations support across mission-critical government programs, requiring US citizenship and relevant academic progress.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- In the process of pursuing or completing an associates in Contract Management or a BS/BA or MS/MA degree preferably in Contract Management
- 2026 graduates (for full-time opportunities)
- 2027 and 2028 graduates (for summer internships)
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and data management
- Ability to take a structured approach to completing tasks while providing proactive status updates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional experience utilizing email and Microsoft Teams chat
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and work with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management software
