Job Summary

Manage RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and proposal submissions while coordinating cross-functional teams for competitive bid preparation. Review customer contracts, purchase orders, and amendments for compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and EAR. Negotiate contractual terms within delegated authority and administer awarded contracts, including modifications, option exercises, and closeout activities. Monitor contract deliverables, funding, schedules, and customer requirements to ensure timely execution of obligations. Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual and proposal-related matters with customers and internal stakeholders. Prepare Bid/No-Bid packages, cost estimates, and proposal compliance matrices. Support customer audits and internal compliance reviews. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Contracts, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in government contracts administration, proposal management, or defense contracting
  • Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and U.S. Government contracting procedures
  • Experience with proposal preparation, contract administration, and contract negotiations
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Desired Qualifications

  • APMP or NCMA certification
