Job Summary
Manage subcontractor works safely across site by collaborating on delivery, reviewing RAMS, and conducting on-the-spot audits to ensure compliance. Liaise between subcontractors, JLL, and the client to maintain excellent communication before, during, and after works. Complete subcontractor work packs and obtain necessary signatures, while archiving documentation for audit purposes. Write and close out permit-to-work authorizations for activities such as working at height and hot works. Ensure all contractors follow local site processes, including signing in/out rules, and complete work-related documentation accurately. Participate in required training and appraisal activities, including IOSHH Managing Safety and Hot Works courses.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent customer communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate across all levels
- Confident to challenge where necessary
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task
- Able to understand and act on both verbal and written instructions/procedures
- Excellent Computer/IT skills
- Strong administration skills
- Must be able to work without constant supervision
- IOSHH - Managing Safety training
- Permit to work writing & close-out for works involving such activities as: Working at height, Hot works etc
- 40hrs per week (Monday to Friday)
- Location: On-site –Derby, GBR
