Job Summary
Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, dialysis, and therapy sessions while providing professional, courteous service. Conduct pre-trip inspections and report vehicle issues immediately upon discovery. Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and confidentiality requirements regarding customer information. Report any moving violations to a supervisor right away. Maintain physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and climb in/out of vehicles. Requires minimum five years of verified driving experience, a valid state license, and at least 30 years of age. Live within 30 minutes of the job location in New Port Richey, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Pinellas Park, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, or Seminole.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of verified driving experience
- Valid state driver's license
- At least 30 years of age
- Live within 30 minutes of job location
- Pass background, drug screening, MVR check
- Able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs, bend, and climb in/out of vehicles
- Comfortable using GPS/technology
- English fluency (read/write/speak)
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ Years prior stretcher transport experience
- Having EMT-B, Paramedic certification
