Job Summary

Develop and administer a comprehensive security program by ensuring compliance with DoD Manual 5205.07, NISPOM, and Intelligence Community Directives. Create, update, and implement security policies, procedures, and documentation including SOPs, OPSEC Plans, and CONOPs. Conduct self-inspections, recommend corrective actions, and manage personnel processing, visitor control, and program investigations. Provide security guidance to management and government customers while maintaining relationships across multiple program sites. Submit pre-construction and accreditation packages for Special Access Program facilities, including Fixed Facility Checklists and Tempest assessments. Perform program administrative tasks such as document dispatch and TS accountability, and assist in presentation preparation for program reviews. Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring extended hours and occasional travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
  • DoD Clearance: TS/SCI
  • Active and existing security clearance on day 1
  • Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Prior CPSO experience
  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
  • An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all access as required by the programs
  • Experience in the Special Program Environments and understanding of government guidance to include the NISPOM Security related certification and training courses
  • Experience with SIMS and JPAS databases
  • Working knowledge of Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG)
  • Must be available for weekend shifts
  • Must be available for extended hours
  • Must be willing to travel on company business
