Job Summary
Process applications, policy updates, payments, and billing activities for customers enrolled in insurance programs. Review coverage information for accuracy and coordinate updates when needed. Communicate with customers, business partners, insurance carriers, and internal team members to provide support and resolve issues. Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and assisting customers with policy and renewal questions. Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to learn new processes, products, and industry knowledge quickly

Desired Qualifications
