Contractor SAP Security Officer – Journeyman

Contractor SAP Security Officer – Journeyman to support our government customer in Fort Belvoir, VA. Provide program security management across SAP initiatives, covering personnel, physical, information, industrial, and SCI security; direct the SAP Central Office operations, develop and maintain enterprise SAP security policies, SOPs, and templates; advise program leadership, engineering teams, and government security officials; drive policy alignment and process improvements through SAPCO working groups; develop security plans and procedures for safeguarding classified information and ensuring facility compliance; oversee MOAs, MOUs, CUAs, and Co-Utilization documents for enterprise and resident SAP locations; lead Security Awareness and Education programs and deliver indoctrination, debriefing, and refresher training to senior leadership. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience with 4 years substitution), 3+ years as a PSO with SAP focus, recent acquisition SAP experience, and DoDM/ICD policy knowledge; preferred qualifications include OPSEC, vulnerability assessments, PPP development, and security classification package review; active TS/SCI clearance and ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time; location Fort Belvoir, VA, US.
