Job Summary
Coordinate with Cognizant Authority, Program Security Manager, and Contractor Activity Managers to protect Special Access Program information across all contractor locations. Execute SAP security requirements, develop Security Standard Operating Procedures, and process Program Access Requests while maintaining personnel security files and managing visit certifications. Conduct daily security checks, monitor alarm systems, and enforce compliance with ICD and DOW policies for SCI and SAP management. Perform annual self-inspections, establish refresher training, and document security inquiries to the government security team. Manage SAP materials, document control, and accountability logs to ensure full protection of SAP material access.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in DoW and/or IC security
- at least 3 to 5 years of direct, hands-on experience working within a Special Access Program environment
- A high school diploma
- Completion of foundational CDSE/STEPP security training
- Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligible
- willing to consent to a CI Polygraph
- A strong working knowledge of SAP security policies and procedures
- Proficiency with the Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
- Proficiency with the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE)
- Proficiency with other security management software
- Proficient in various types of information technology applications, such as Microsoft Office (MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint), SharePoint and Adobe
- Excellent organizational skills
