Job Summary
Coordinate with Cognizant Authority, Program Security Manager, and Government Activity Managers to protect Special Access Program information across contractor locations. Execute SAP security requirements, including managing Security, Education, Training, and Awareness programs, processing access requests, and maintaining personnel security files. Develop and maintain Security Standard Operating Procedures, conduct daily security checks, manage access control systems, and oversee document control and accountability logs. Perform annual self-inspections, develop corrective action plans, and establish refresher training for assigned personnel. Conduct security inquiries, identify infractions, and submit program protection implementation plans to ensure compliance with DoDI 5000.83.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in DoW and/or IC security
- at least 3 to 5 years of direct, hands-on experience working within a Special Access Program environment
- A high school diploma
- Completion of foundational CDSE/STEPP security training
- Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligible
- willing to consent to a CI Polygraph
- A strong working knowledge of SAP security policies and procedures
- Proficiency with the Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
- Proficiency with the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE)
- Proficiency with other security management software
- Proficient in various types of information technology applications, such as Microsoft Office (MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint), SharePoint and Adobe
- Excellent organizational skills
