Job Summary
Coordinate with Cognizant Authority, Program Security Manager, and Government Activity Manager to protect Special Access Program information across all contractor locations. Execute security management for the Security, Education, Training, and Awareness program, develop Security Standard Operating Procedures for SAPF/SCIF, and process Program Access Requests while maintaining personnel security files. Manage visit certifications, foreign travel reporting, and annual self-inspections, ensuring compliance with ICD and DOW policies for SCI and SAP management. Conduct inventories, manage document control, and support physical integrity of SAPF through access control systems and daily security checks. Establish and document refresher training for assigned personnel, conduct security inquiries, and develop program protection implementation plans to ensure compliance with DoDI 5000.83.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in DoW and/or IC security
- At least 3 to 5 years of direct, hands-on experience working within a Special Access Program environment
- A high school diploma
- Completion of foundational CDSE/STEPP security training
- An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligible
- Willingness to consent to a CI Polygraph
- A strong working knowledge of SAP security policies and procedures
- Proficiency with the Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
- Proficiency with the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE)
- Proficiency with other security management software
- Proficiency in various types of information technology applications, such as Microsoft Office (MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint), SharePoint and Adobe
- Excellent organizational skills
- A high degree of attention to detail
