Job Summary
Process Program Access Requests, facilitate indoctrinations and debriefings, and maintain personnel security files. Manage visit certifications, foreign travel reporting, SAP material inventories, and document control logs. Support physical security by managing access control systems, conducting daily security checks, monitoring alarms, and escorting non-accessed personnel. Assist the lead in preparing for security inspections by auditing files, updating documentation, and verifying compliance while maintaining security databases and training records. Provide security briefings and refresher training to program personnel. Requires minimum 5 years of DoD security experience, active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and proficiency with DISS. Salary range $105,000-$115,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DoD security
- At least 1-2 years of direct, hands-on experience working within a Special Access Program environment
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Current background investigation
- SCI eligibility
- Willingness to be submitted for SAP access
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of foundational CDSE/STEPP security training
- Strong working knowledge of SAP security policies and procedures
- Proficiency with DISS and other security management software
- Excellent organizational skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-security environment
