Job Summary
Coordinate with Cognizant Authority, Program Security Manager, and Government Activity Managers to protect Special Access Program information across all contractor locations. Execute SAP security requirements, develop Security Standard Operating Procedures, and manage visit certifications and foreign travel reporting. Process Program Access Requests, maintain personnel security files, and conduct inventories for SAP materials and document control. Manage access control systems, perform daily security checks, and enforce compliance with ICD and DOW policies for SCI and SAP management. Conduct annual self-inspections, establish refresher training, and investigate suspected security infractions. Submit program protection implementation plans to ensure compliance with DoDI 5000.83. Maintain active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and proficiency in DISS and JADE systems.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in DoW and/or IC security
- At least 3 to 5 years of direct, hands-on experience working within a Special Access Program environment
- A high school diploma
- Completion of foundational CDSE/STEPP security training
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- SCI eligible
- Willing to consent to a CI Polygraph
- A strong working knowledge of SAP security policies and procedures
- Proficiency with the Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
- Proficiency with the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE)
- Proficiency with other security management software
- Proficiency in various types of information technology applications, such as Microsoft Office (MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint), SharePoint and Adobe
- Excellent organizational skills
- A high degree of attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-security environment
