Job Summary

Build and scale Eli’s contractor network across Massachusetts by identifying, prioritizing, and engaging high-potential contractors and trade networks. Conduct field-based outreach through office visits, industry events, trainings, and local partnerships; run outbound campaigns via phone, email, events, and other channels. Lead product demos and clearly articulate Eli’s value proposition across various contractor workflows. Help refine sales processes, messaging, and operational workflows as the company scales. Capture contractor insights and feed them into product and go-to-market strategy discussions. Serve as a market-facing team member in Massachusetts to establish Eli’s presence in the region.

Required Qualifications

  • Based in Massachusetts
  • Excited to spend meaningful time in person with contractors and industry stakeholders
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building instincts
  • Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Existing contractor relationships in Massachusetts (ideal, but not required!)
