Job Summary
Contractor Sales role focused on selling to contractors in building materials. Key responsibilities include developing customer relationships, reading plans, understanding construction processes, and thriving in a competitive environment with initiative driving success. The position offers base plus commission compensation, plus a comprehensive benefits package (health, HSA, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with company stock option, life insurance, FSA) and support from mentors and a strong administrative team. Ideal candidates have at least three years of sales experience in building materials, knowledge of construction, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of construction process and building materials
- Ability to read plans
