Job Summary
Contractor Sales Advisor position focusing on customer service for contractors and self-builders in commercial/industrial construction; responsibilities include guiding clients, filling out quote forms, managing commercial accounts, handling emails and order/delivery follow-ups, maintaining client-company relationships, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, customer-service orientation, adaptability, and knowledge of construction/renovation processes; bilingual capabilities and DEP in construction are assets. Weekday and Saturday shifts with physical duties including lifting 50-75 pounds; full-time role with benefits and opportunities for career progression.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience in construction projects
- Have knowledge in the field of renovation
- Have skills in using a computer system
- Have a good command of the English language orally
- Having a DEP in the field of construction is an asset
